BILLINGS – Emergency crews from Billings rushed to Logan International Airport early Sunday afternoon after a commercial flight was forced to make an emergency landing.
Thankfully those crews weren’t needed, as the Delta flight did land without incident around 2:30p.m.
The plane had left a little more than an hour before from Billings en route to Minneapolis/St. Paul.
The pilot on the plane told passengers that there was a problem with one of the plane’s wings, which was not able to fully extend.
The passengers were grounded for four hours while crews worked on the plane.
