Emergency crews have rushed out to Jandakot Airport after a light aircraft crashed on landing.
According to police, the Cessna crash landed around 2.40pm at the Eagle Drive airstrip.
Luckily, the pilot and passenger were not injured in the crash.
Firefighters from Welshpool, who attended the crash scene, described the plane damage as “minor”.
The crew found no fuel leaks with the plane and were able to isolate the battery onboard.
Ground staff at Jandakot Airport have removed the plane from the runway and back to a hangar.

This is happening more frequently and there should be an investigation
